the house was very beautiful and just like the photos. I appreciate Eli’s kindness and amazing hospitality. I’m definitely hoping I can stay there again in the future ! ☺️

Eli’s place is exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and perfect. Great location- quiet neighborhood and great for walking. Right across from trail access to the park, great if you’re with dogs. We traveled with another couple and there is plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Access to garage parking. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay again our next time in town.

Eli was very communicative and responsive. The home was very comfortable for us and our family over the Christmas holidays and was also well stocked with amenities which was very much appreciated. The location was also convenient. We encountered some unseasonably bad weather and didn't get to use the backyard unfortunately, but it looked very well kept and maintained.

The place is spacious, beautiful and in pristine condition. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is way better than the pictures - very upscale and super clean. It is tastefully decorated to make it comfortable and feel like you're on vacation. I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Folsom/Granite Bay area.

The house was nice and listing matched the description. Location was good as well. Only thing to note was that the second bathroom shower was not functional as the hot water was not working for it. Mentioned it to the host and we followed trouble shooting instructions, but it still didnt work and they were not able to send anyone out to take a look before we checked out, so we had 6 people taking turns with one shower every morning. Overall still a good experience.

My husband, two sisters, brother, and I stayed at Eli’s place. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds, soft linens, comfortable couch, large dining room table, outdoor seating, hot tub, game room, beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the open concept with high ceilings. Eli was excellent at responding. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area. Thank you Eli!

Located in a private neighborhood, close to the lake. Lots of trails to walk and explore. Great restaurants nearby and convenient shopping as well. The home was clean and comfortable, we loved our stay. Host was responsive. Highly recommend.

Eli and his home were Amazing! He was easy to communicate with and took time to help us feel welcomed in his home. His home was exceptionally comfortable and equipped with everything in it that would help a family with all ages be able to relax and enjoy their stay. Great house, everything is newly updated and very clean. Beds and linens very comfy. Family enjoyed the game room with longs of ping pong and Pac-Man. Kitchen appliances are top of the line, however we could have used more bowls for serving and would have liked a blender. Not really a big deal in the overall experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Eli’s home was perfect for our group of 8. It had absolutely everything we needed. The home was spacious, super welcoming, nicely decorated, and was well stocked with all the essentials. The home was very clean and exceeded our expectations! The pool and backyard was very beautiful but due to the weather we didn’t use it’ but will definitely be back! Eli was a very responsive host. We would love to stay here again.
