I booked this home for my parents and their friends to enjoy for a week and this place was awesome! Most of the guests were 60+ and felt very comfortable and right at home!

We had such a great time with our 3 grandsons! The house was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The boys loved the game room and jacuzzi. We will definitely stay again and again. Eli was attentive, though we really didn’t need anything. Looking forward to next time.

Eli was a wonderful and communicative host. We were in Roseville for our daughters volleyball tournament @ the Grounds and the location couldn't have been more convenient! And WAY better than hotel. Lots of great restaurant and shopping nearby! Everything was super easy and very clean!

Eli’s home was absolutely beautiful! We went for a work trip, so much room and so easy to find! A quick travel of 10 minutes from the office for us which we appreciated! Would definitely stay again! Host was super friendly!

This was our 2nd stay with Eli but this time in a different home. Both experiences were great. Location was ideal, close to everything one might need. House worked out perfect for us and our pups. Thanks again Eli!

Our kids had a swim meet nearby. Eli's place was the perfect location to stay at, plenty of space for 5 humans and a dog. We had everything we needed; the kitchen had all the utensils, dishes, containers, spices. The backyard was beautiful, but we didn't have time to use it. The neighborhood was very quiet but we could hear the main road noise if we left our windows open. There is a walking trail that took us from the house to the aquatics center and its surrounding walking paths. Stores and restaurants were within a 12 min drive. Eli responded quickly when I had questions. Will definitely stay again.

We had a family event close by at the Regency center that was just minutes away. The home was spacious and had comfortable beds. My family felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Our host Eli was very communicative. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

What a lovely place! My son said "this feels like a dream"! Spacious, beautifully decorated and the ping pong and foosball were the hit of the vacation. We made some great family memories here, thank you Eli!

Was in Roseville for my daughter's volleyball tourny. The location is about 7min away from the Grounds so super close. There are food and grocery options nearby so good location. Eli was great with communication and house was clean and was expected from the pictures. Would definitely recommend and will book again for next volleyball tourney in Roseville. -Shawn
